I'm not entirely sure where this goes, but unattended seems to be the best place.

My Tablet PC is one of the many many machines out there that came only with a utterly useless restore disk.

searching around I managed to find myself a copy of XP tablet edition install disks install disks. Originally, they had a PID of 76487270, which is a VLK key so I tried changing it to 76487OEM, however it won't accept the key off the bottom of my PC(Microsoft COA lable). I thought at first it could be the wrong PID so I checked the product id value on my laptop and it comes up as "76487-OEM". So thats the correct PID, right?

Any ideas on getting past the first install screen?
