windows installing problem

Dear All

i was trying to instal microsoft windows XP. when i boot from the CD, copying all the necessary files to the harddisk its just fine. but when the copying is finish and the system restarts....it is falling to boot from the harddisk. i tried to go to boot menu and selecting boot from harddisk

what should i do

Please help its a longtime issue now
