Merge All

I noticed that in Windows Vista, when one tries to copy/move a folder, there is an option to "merge all" instead of "replace all", and I'm wondering if it's possible to tweak Windows XP into doing this.

I doubt it since I believe that is part of the explorer shell coding. Not that it can't be done, but you'd probably have to either re-code or replace explorer so it depends on you definition of 'tweak'.
