We have a network user calendar that many people submit changes to. One particular user cannot submit anything even after being given all the necessary rights. If I make him a local admin on his machine, he is able to modify the remote user's calendar once. He has to close out MS Outlook and re-open it to make changes to it again. Has anyone come across this issue before?

Systems on the network are Windows XP Pro with SP3

I'm fairly confident that the email system is Exchange 2003
