Luxman
Hello.Using XP/IE7, I'm considering moving my Temporary Internet Files location to my other hdd. I'd like to do this to lessen my primary hdd's need to work (and wear), thus making my slave drive do all the writing/reading.Would this be considered a logical thing to do?One thing I've noticed is that the default location cannot be re-selected. I'm also concerned about there being a possibility of 'something' going wrong and rendering my IE unuseable. Would System Restore revert my location settings (within the backed up time period, of course) back to default?Any thoughts from you veterans out there on this matter? Many thanks for reading.
