If you have an external HDD plugged in (usually by USB) that can cause a great deal of delay in the boot process, for whatever reason. Try unplugging it if you have one. If not, does the problem still occur in safe mode?

I have no device usb hd.

in safe mode works normally. The problem and so in normal mode.

Okay.

That brings it down to a few potential drivers, or applications. Have you managed to boot Vista before?

Anyway, boot up on safe mode and try to disable your graphics card driver and your sound card driver. Search for Device Manager in the start menu, and you can work it out from there.
