Few problems

Hello,

i have a few issues and am hoping some of you may be able to help me out,

When i turn on my laptop, i get a message pop up sayin system32\shell32.dll access is denied, not sue why this has started but now i cant access internet options through control panel.

Also, not as important but i have noticed this message appears when i tried to open a vob file.

Any ideas and help would be much appreciated.

Are you running Comodo Firewall? If so, you will need to uninstall it to correct this problem and then research it on the Comodo page and I think you need to run it in training mode if you decide to re-install.

If that is not your problem, then suspect a virus/Trojan/nasty and use one of the Hijack This forums

thanks for the help, on the comodo forum it said try changing shell32 to a predefined policy, when i went in to it shell32 was listed as an isolated application, i changed this to limited application and now works fine,
