Windows Task Bar Position

I'm trying to find a way to set the position of the Windows Task Bar during the setup. I want to move it to the top of the screen (I have a couple of various task/dock bars that are placed at the bottom).

I've been trolling through the registry for so long now that my eyes are crossed.

Does anyone know how I can set this automatically? It's no big deal really, just one of those little things I'd like to do just for the sake of doing it.
