Hello, all!

Wondering if there are others out there having the same problem.

I went to the MS site and downloaded the newest update 3-4 days ago.

Everything was fine.

Today, I fired up the computer and my desktop has a white background with incomplete icons, a partial "Restore My Desktop" button and a partial, big blue triangle with an exclamation point in it on the opposite side of the monitor.

When I clicked on the restore button, I got this error:

Line: 65

Char: 1

Code: 0

URL: file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Big%20Al/Application%20Data/Microsoft/Internet%20Explorer/Desktop.htt

Would it be safe to run this script or not?

I'm always uncomfortable clicking on "yes" whenever MS is involved.

Last time, I got jacked!

Is this something related to the MS security update, or perhaps some type of virus?

Or perhaps another entity has figured out how to breach the new, updated, now unbreachable Microsoft? (Ahhem...again!)

So, should I or shouldn't I?

Thanks!!!
