Help with ICHM8

hello.

I know this has been disused 1100 times but apparently I'm the dumbest human on the planet. Real simple what I think I'm trying to do. My pc has a ICHM8 ACHI hard drive. I take a plain xp sp3 cd and run Slipstreamer against it with all drivers.

I copy the contents of \i386\$OEM$ to \$OEM$ since I am installing from cd. My WINNT.SIF unattended section looks like below. Everything works if I disable ACHI in the bios and do compatible. Ill paypal someone that can help me I have been at this for 6 hrs and 23 burned CD's.
