RyanVM's and Nlite

I mean to make an unattended xp copy, I would like to know if I can use RyanVM's integrator to add Ryan 'Windows XP Post-SP2 Update Pack' and only after the integration nlite to make several other improvements.

Will nlite work properly after RyanVM's integrator?

Just use nLite to integrate Ryan's pack.

That way you can do it all in one pass.
