Boot Screen Vista x64

Hi I am new here, Looks like this forum is about to be great use to me

I will start off saying I am new to customising vista x64 or any Os,

I am trying to add a boot screen and login screen into vista ultimate x64

is there some sort of tuturial? on how to?

For the Boot Screen:
