How to do a full format with unattended install?

Hi this has been asked a few times but there seems to be scant consensus.

I'm doing an unattended installation using winnt.sif on a CD.

I'm using [unattended].Repartition="Yes" and it works well except it does a quick format. I'd like to know if there is a way to make it do a full format instead please?

I've only found one reference on how to do this, using winbom.ini, but I'm not using factory mode so those options (QuickformatN=No) would be off limit to me I assume? I don't actually understand winbom.ini, I can't seem to find much information about it.

Any words/thoughts appreciated,
