I don't know how to do.

1. In .NET Framework, I noticed that the language packs of CLR are implemented by assemblies like "System.XML.resources.dll".

How to write my own language pack for my classes like this? I don't know what I should do.

(Could you give me a sample code?)

2. In .NET, how to write a MUI (Multilingual User Interface) Windows Forms program?

I don't know how to use the resource file (.resx) and the Resource Editor in Visual Studio...
