:rolleyes:I had to re-instal MS Office 2003 v11.8227.8221 + SP3 on a Vista platform after a major disk crash. All installations using genuine original software complete with correct product code. Now, after the re-instal, every time I open an application (Word, XL, etc.) the Micro Office End-User License Agreement dialogue box appears inviting me to accept the conditions. Once 'ACCEPT' is clicked the box disappears and I can use the application until next time it is opened and the same thing happens again. I have gone to Help > Activate Product when another box appears telling me that 'This product has been activated'. Has anyone come across this problem before and if so, what was the solution? Or can anyone suggest where I might get the answer from?:rolleyes:

That has to do with SP3. I had a similar misadventure with my Student/Teacher edition. I re-installed, and it prompted me for activation. It activated fine, but when SP3 was applied, it de-activated and did not let me activate again until I re-installed Vista. SP2 has NONE of those hangups though. It's weird.
