Powerpoint and slide images

Hi there,

I have a client who is experiencing a very strange issue that we are unable to resolve.

When working on an existing powerpoint presentation, when they go to insert a new slide. When the slides on the right pane appear as previews the images do not show, but they can still be clicked on.

The strange thing is it works sometimes, and not others. I have reinstalled office, and updated her graphics drivers. She is running Windows XP SP3, and Office 2003 with the latest servive packs.

Anyone experienced anything like this?
