Windows 2003 Server/Moving a SQL 2000 DB

I have a few Web sites at my office that connect to SQL2000 and have a Database. I also have a basic website timesheet system that a web developer made that we use at the office. The time sheet system is also connected to the SQL2000 server. I would like to backup and then move to a different server. But the only problem is I am not very good at SQL. I can make small changes to tables and run very basic backups but thats it.

The one problem I have is if I move the timesheet system to a different server that everyone could still login to it. I do know that the timesheet system does not look at Active Directory to login. I know that you have to go into a table called employees and and and remove user if needed.

So my big question is there a application I can get that can make this task easy for me to move or backup everything in SQL2000 standard server?

If not could someone tell me the steps to backup and move everything to a different server in very basic Step by step instructions?

Thanks....
