event viewer

Hello to all I have a server running win 2000 adv. server. during start up I receive this message from event viewer -> SOURCE: netlogon, EVENT ID:5781, DESCRIPTION: dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS records failed because no DNS SERVERS ARE AVAILABLE
