Emails added to tasks in Outlook 2003 truncated

Hi all,

First time poster. I have a customer that converts her emails into tasks. (by simply dragging the email into the tasks folder) The problem is that some of these emails are getting truncated when they are converted to tasks so that she cannot see the whole email. Has anyone seen this issue before? I have googled the heck out of it and I cannot find a solution. Even if the answer is that messages that are converted have a size limit at least I will be able to give her a definitive answer.

Windows XP pro

Outlook 2003
