Word 2003 Toolbar in IE

Hello,

On our intranet we have links to Word docs. When we open a link the document show up in internet explorer, with the editing (?) toolbar. We'd like to open this doc in IE with the Standard toolbar. Is there a way to force this? Maybe with a reg key import in the logonscript or (better) a policy setting or something?
