Windows XP Unattended Answer File [Fax] section

Windows XP Professional seems to support two values for the [Fax] heading in the WINNT.SIF answer file that seem to have the same function:

SuppressConfigurationWizard

SkipConfigWizardDeviceSettings

Both items may take of the following values:

True

Skips service setting pages of the Configuration Wizard when the end user runs Fax for the first time.

False

Displays service setting pages of the Configuration Wizard when the end user runs Fax for the first time.

Do both items really have the same function?
