32 bt icons

hey is there a why to get 32 bit icons for windows me or does windows ready have 32 it icons. i hread that it dont and i also hread that rp6 is ment to give 32 bit icons but that only for win 98 so is there a why to get 32 bit icons for win me or do i ready have it

and some icons with shadows dont appear right they show a black stuff where the shadow is ment to be
