cscat Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 Hi guys,I have disabled Windows File Protection. I looked in my Control Panel folder but there is no Regional and Language Options there. However I have intl.cpl in system32 folder but when I double-click it nothing happens. As article Windows File Protection may not start suggested, I checked the "No Liabality Accepted" certificate by "VeriSign Time Stamping CA" in the Microsoft Management Console and it says that it's no longer valid (valid till 2004!!!). But I guess this is not the reason because my brother's PC has the same certificate with this state and of course his intl.cpl works fine!I don't want to enable WFP. With this in mind what can I do now? Many thanks
