Proxy server

I have an Server (win2k3) with a couple of clients

the server has 1 network interface connected to the switch

and the an other to the internet

only to use the internet a proxy with username and password has to be set

is it possible to set the proxy with the username and password on the server as default external connection so that i don't have to set it on each client?

That if a client connects to my network it don't has to set it's proxy settings
