Broadband Internet Connection made unnatended

Hi, I want to automate the task of creating and configuring a broadband internet connection in Win XP where I have to type a username and password. Usually I have to use start -> programs -> accessories -> communications ->new connection wizard but I was wondering if this could be done unattended...

I also need to store the username and password somewhere so that I won't have to type them on every new windows install.
