How to use tranfermation pack in unattended.

Can someone tell me how make my setup in the way when the windows installed the desktop sould look like ispirate and with the icons and few mods that r in the inspirate pack.I had downloaded it from crystalxp.

And how can i put the vista side bar in setup.
