How to put my shell32.dll in setup.

How can i put my shell32.dll in win xp sp2 setup.

use the makecab command to compress it.

makecab shell32.ddl

and you should get a file called shell32.dl_

then, use an iso editor, such as ultraiso or magiciso or poweriso, and just add it and replace the existing shell32.dl_ with your shell32.dl_.
