Boot USB stick

Hi,

I would like to make my usb pen bootable. The all idea is to install ghost 8 on the disk. I have the ghost file and the mouse one. but i can not make my pen bootable.

My friend has a pen where he insert it and it recognizes as a floopy disk which has the bootable files. If i just copy those files to my pen it does not work. Does anyone knows how to create this "partition" of 1,44MB and the pc will recognize as floppy disk? Or maybe this came with his pen.? he does not remeber.
