Importing Outlook 2003 PRF file

I have created a Outlook.prf file which is in new PC that we deploy. It works fine when some clicks on the Prf file, but i cannot get to run invisibly. I saw a suggestion but i am unsure where place the script.

Here is the script i saw and would like to use unless there is a easier way.

"IF NOT EXIST "%userprofile%\ntuser.ini" Outlook.exe /importprf \\server1\share\outlook.prf"
