Pre-boot Authentication or something like it for Win98/SE?

Aside from using the BIOS password (pull battery, gone), is there a way to secure Win98/SE during bootup using a password, like Pre-Boot Authentication? I found a lot of software out there like TrueCrypt but Win98/SE isn't supported. Any similar ideas would be appreciated.
