can't send to mail recipient in word 2003

Hi Colls

one of our users reports that when he is trying to send word file from file manu --->send ---> mail recipient

the option is disabled

for your info we are using LOTUS NOTES as mail client and office 2003

if some know how to solve this issue i will glad to know

I needed a solution for an identical issue.

I have found information in the Lotus Notes Help but today I found even more detailed instructions at http://elearning5.unibg.it/help/help65_cli...36?OpenDocument

Or you could achieve this with a quick and dirty hack:

Add the following lines to WIN.INI

[Mail]

MAPI=1

MAPIX=1
