How create boot entry in Vista to boot WinPE2 directly from hard disk?

How can I create the boot entry (or call this multi-boot solution)?

I'm running under Vista (live) and I need to create this entry to boot Win PE directly from the hard disk... (this is may be an additional entry)

I've tried to use bcdedit.exe, unfortunately – still cannot find working solution…
