Shared Computer Toolkit problem

I'm want to use the Shared Computer Toolkit (which I finally found) on my XPx64 machine. It insists that UPHClean must be installed and running for it to be installed.

The problem is, that UPHClean won't stay running, even when I manually start it under services it stops immediately.

If there was an x64 capable version of SteadyState, I'd be willing to try it.

Questions: any other program that will do what SCT does; any way to force UPHC to stay running long enough to at least install SCT.

All "beta" versions of SteadyState found while searching for x64 versions lead back to v2.5, which isn't x64 capable.
