Windows image network install

I currently have a lot of coomputers that i need images for, Each modle has its own image for drivers sake. All these images are built with powerquest and have to be restored by using bootable floppy disks to install the .pqi image through the network.

I used nlite to create an XP pro 32bit with the drivers i need and so on. What I'm after is a way to only need the one image for all the computers. I need a program to create this image and have all the programs i need installed ready to install through a network.

I've spent the past 3 days looking around this forum and google, it quite hard to find software without knowing any rescources or names.

I'm doing this as it could really do with an update. Free software tools would be ideal.
