Tool tip not showing me in my office 2003

Dear all,

I,m very happy to joined this forum and i hope i can learns many things from the experinced Professional from MSFN i've a problem can anyone assist me i know this is the silliest question for ever but i hope our msfngurus may advise me this regard i recently installed the office 2003 in my p.c its working fine but i have one regret coz the tool tip is not working(means not showing when i keep the mouse over on any controls) like word, excel etc...(but when if i log as a admistrator its working fine but its not working in my user view)so is there any thing do i have to specify in computer settings or regedit plz advise me
