finding list of ALL REPLACED WORDS in MS WORD 2002

Hello

I am translating a document from spanish to portuguese, and I am using very often the tool Edit->Replace. I have replaced already more then 60 different words.

The question is:

Is there a way to find a list of all REPLACED WORDS in the document? I know that you can go to the HISTORY BUTTON and see changes in the document, but over there I only see a general description of changes... I actually would like to see a detailed description at least, in order to see the words I have replaced
