MS Word 2007 - Insert Citation - wrong language?

Hi all,

I'm attempting to use the "Insert Citation" feature in Word 2007. My laptop's default region is set to Japanese, and an English MS Office with a Japanese MUI is installed. Word, as a result, inserts citations with Japanese text in it (for instance, "[Author, page 23]" becomes [Author, ページ 23], etc). It's not that I don't understand it, but I doubt my teacher would. Is there any way to change it without changing the default global regional setting of Windows? I'd like to change it just for this one document.
