KB931836 Failing after KB942763 TZ patch is installed

Hi All,

I just released KB942763 via WSUS to our XP user population. I am now getting an error that KB931836 failed to install. I have resolved this error before with a simple registry fix shown below -- This fix does not work any longer with this new TZ patch. HELP please..

In the Registry Editor, go to the following branch:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones

In RIGHT panel, please locate and double-click the key TZVersion. Enter 0 into the Value Data field - reinstall the patch.
