Office Update Uninstall Storage

Just like windows uninstall info is stored in the Windows folder and you can delete all this if you don't need to uninstall it, where is the Office updates uninstall info stored?

I do believe it is stored somewhere as it shows up in Add/Remove Programs.

No one knows where the uninstall files are stored for Office updates? They have to be stored somewhere as you have an option to uninstall them in Add/Remove Programs.
