Cannot Open Snapshot File in Snapshot Viewer

Whenever I try to open a .snp file in Snapshot Viewer 11.0 (Access 2003 add-on) I get an error message that reads, "An error occurred while opening a Snapshot File."

I have done the following:

1. Re-installed Snapshot Viewer

2. Updated my printer driver

3. Updated Office 2003

4. Cleaned my registry

5. Deleted my temp files, cookies, and temporary Internet files

Any ideas?

I had this issue with a user here at work, and we tried many things, but eventually we found the only thing that worked was to change her default printer (she was printing to a deskjet, and we changed her default to a network laser printer).

You mentioned changing print drivers -- do you have the option of trying a different printer?
