Cannot end cmd.exe

todo.pl is bouncing the system, it gets ready to shutdown and tries to close cmd.exe, but an error window pops up telling me that it cannot end cmd.exe, thus the progress hangs until I tell it what to do (or not to do) with the error and error report. Any ideas? If you need more info, tell me how and what you need
