exchange 2003 and windows mobile 6.0 mail sync issues

Hi All.

I am running exchange 2003 sp2 on windows server stnd 2003 sp2.

I would like to access my exchange mails using windows mobile 6.0

I have setup correctly the setting on my mobile device.

When i do a sync, it only sync's my inbox and folders, but no mails???

i have no error code when the sync completes on the mobile device.

Any help please, i have spent hours looking at the exchange setup and cannot find anything i have not done.
