Question Of Newbie

I want to make cd with windows xp sp1 Corporate + MUI rus.

I created $OEM$ Folder ,after that i created folder muiinst with mui rus inside.

i created file cmdlines.txt with this:

[commands]

"muiinst\muisetup.exe /i 0419 /d 0419 /l /f /r /s"

i put this file with folder muiinst in $OEM$ Folder and after that put all this in i386

folder of my cd with windows xp +sp1.

Then i burn with Nero this disk.

i try to install with this cd:i get normal windows xp installation but mui rus not installed.

Please help me,what i do wrong?
