Converting Manufacturer OEM XP CD

Ok dont know if this is the right forum.

Ok basically got some HP Pc's which came with a restore cd and windows xp pro SP2

all the pcs have got a Key on the side but they all use the one key in the cd and all work ok.

Looking at the XP CD it has a whole load of folders and systprep folders so on..

Now one of the Pc has died due to water damage and was hoping to install XP pro on a IBM

These IBM has windows 2000 on them and have had ram upgrades so is more than suitable running XP

Now is there anyway I can convert the HP XP pro cd into an IBM and using the same key ?
