How to instal Office 2003 Pro Retail with an OEM CD...?

Hello everybody

First i must say i'm new here so don't beat me up to hard

Ok i'm sitting here with a problem:

I have a legal Office 2003 Pro product key/serial (bought 2nd hand) but no CD, I also have a Office 2003 Pro OEM version.

Is it possible (after some PID code modify) to instal a Office 2003 retail installation with the OEM CD and activate it with the retail product key/serial...?

And is my installation and retail product key/serial BIOS locked after this because i used the OEM CD...?

I called Microsoft about this but they do not want to say anything about modify the PID code, they tryed so sell me a new installation CD for about 50$

I hope that anybody can help me...
