Hi all,

I need some informations so, after lots and lots of reading, i ask you some things.

NEAR GOAL :

- To have a Boot CD which install AUTOMATICALY Windows XP (unnatended) into the hard drive and always in the SECOND partition.

- To have an option for AUTO partitionning before Windows installation.

BEST GOAL :

- Possibility to install and configure automaticaly some computers (different material configurations) without user intervention

- The partition schema will be always the same (for the partitions ID's, not for volume sizes)

ACTUALLY :

- I have a complete unnatended Windows XP CD. I have done his with nLite (Only for windows addons like updates and basic config(user, licence, domain, etc ...)) and some scripting files for custom applications and registry tweaks

HOW I SEE THE PROCESS :

1 - Boot on CD

2 - Partitionning && formatting

3 - Use ghost for install drive images on 1 or 2 partitions (like /boot)

4 - Auto install Windows XP unnatended and configure, create users, etc ...

5 - Auto install ubuntu (Later, later)

QUESTIONS :

- For approaching my goal, I want to do automaticaly, without user command, and on the same CD/DVD, the partitionning and the installation of Windows XP

I look for some things like WindowsPE, BartPE, Sysprep, etc ... Which one do you thing i must use ? And why ?

Is my project possible, and if you can help me, i will be very very nice !

thank by advance !

Regards !
