Blue Screen/Restart

hi,

i recently bought a game and installed it on my comp, i have windows vista home premium. After i installed the game and clicked play, i would get an error [ "Error Loading C:\Windows\system32/gameux.dll" ] and as soon as i would click ok, the game would run and after a minue or so, the screen would go completey blue, and all i can read as it is on only for a second, is that a problem has occured and windows needs to restart..

i then searched for some answers, and was told to Download gameux.dll here: http://files.filefront.com/gameuxdll/;8055393;/fileinfo.html, after i did that, that solved the initial problem of the popup telling me there was an error loading..(as above) ..

but after a miniute the screen goes blue, for a second, and my computer restarts...

any ideas, that would be helpfull, thank you.

Follow the instructions here for gathering a memory dump of the entire system. That can then be analyzed to see what's happening.

this may take a while, not that computer literate... easy way of doing it? ?

Trust me, those instructions are easy. Just do what it says, and you'll be OK. Have faith in yourself!
