svcpack.inf VS cmdline.txt

Hi everyone,

i have search for this information but there is no clear answer...

What is the difference between the installation process at T-13 (svcpack.inf) and T-12 (cmdline.txt)??

What microsoft recommend to be "lauch" at each time?
