HELP! Program Access and Defaults? how to set to non-microsoft una

I know you can remove this from the start menu, put I was wondering if there was a way in nlite to select the non-microsoft option so IE and outlook express are not active at start-up but without removing them from the componant tab?

I would be grateful of some help as I am new to nlite and slimming of my XP disc.
