Here is the silent method.

To get the msi file, extract it from the .exe or launch it and go to %temp% to pick it up.

And here is the registry key that hold the settings:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\O&O\O&O Defrag\10.0\Pro\Settings

Yes, i didn't say it but you can also import your key in registry after a basic install.
